Frontage Road Exchange: three of five suites now leased

Frontage Road Exchange, the newly built retail center K&K developed at 900 N Frontage Road on Meridian's I-20/59 corridor, now has three of its five suites leased.

Shoe Country Warehouse and its running store SCW RUN are coming to the center, with opening planned for January 2027. Capri Beauty & Ink has leased Suite 400, and Suite 300 has been leased to a locally owned business that will be announced soon.

Two suites remain: Suites 100 and 200, 1,316 SF each, which can be combined for ±2,632 SF of contiguous space for retail, medical, or professional use. The adjoining 1.4 acres are also available build-to-suit or on a ground lease.

Our commercial real estate business in Meridian, long known as K & K Development, now operates as K&K Commercial Real Estate. It is the same family-held company, owned by Janet and Andy Kelly, with the same properties and the same phone number.

The new name says what we do: we develop, own, and lease commercial property in Meridian and East Mississippi, including Gateway Exchange, Frontage Road Exchange, and the professional offices at 1205 22nd Avenue. Each property is held in its own company under K & K Holding Company, LLC; leasing still comes through one door.
